I was diagnosed as a Type 2 diabetic about ten years ago. It has been rough to reorganize my menu at times, but also fun.
As a result, I have collected some very interesting recipes.
Like all avid cooks, I am always on the lookout for more new and interesting stuff.
All recipes listed on this site are diabetic and have been tested.
Please note that Splenda granular now comes in larger bags for baking. Also keep an eye open in a store near you for the latest---Splenda Brown Sugar. If they don't have it yet, bug them to get it for you. Be advised that this is now available in Canada.
